Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping!! Shipping fees are added during check out, you will receive a tracking confirmation number once your order has been shipped out so that you will be able to track your package on the carrier’s website. For international shipping charges are vary by the amount and distance, it will take 2 to 3 weeks for regular mail and 1 week for express mail depending of your county.
ATTN: Please keep in mind when ordering our wigs, each wig is custom made per order specification. Manufacturing of your custom made wig typically takes 3-5 business days for natural black wigs and 4-6 business days for processed colored wigs.
All payments will be process through the PayPal system, which is a fast and secure way to process payments. We accept all major credit cards, payments must be paid in full during the checkout process.
Due to the nature of our custom made products ALL SALES ARE FINAL no exceptions!!

However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate specific return request on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
We will accept returns for specific purchases on the B.Blaze Hair Boutique online store within 7 days from the package received date for Unworn, Undamaged, Unwashed, No scents or odors, No rips or tears, No other signs of being worn/used/opened.

• Unworn, Undamaged, Unwashed, No scents or odors, No rips or tears, No other signs of being worn/used/opened.
Refunds for online purchases, will be permitted for defective merchandise within 7 days from the package received date.*Any exchange request for defective merchandise after 7 calendar days will not be honored. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way.
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of B.Blaze Hair Boutique", because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom colored wigs in over 68 different variations of colors.
You must contact us first before refunding your package at 727-592-4193 (press 0 for online orders) During Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All B.Blaze Hair Boutique Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the B.Blaze Boutique Boutique hair seal on the bundle or wig has been broken!
According to Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns, and Federal Law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
You must send the product back to us in order to process the refund. In order to process a refund, the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will refunded or exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
